What is your warranty policy?

All standard CNC engraving machines and complete machine warranty for ‌12 months‌, covering maintenance of electrical and mechanical components under normal use.

For laser equipment: the whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months, the ‌Reci laser tube is guaranteed for 6 months‌,

For CNC plasma equipment: the whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months, and consumables such as nozzles and electrodes are not covered by the warranty.

We provide lifelong technical support, and we can provide paid replacement parts and maintenance services after the warranty period.
