Can I visit a working machine in my region to check the effect?

We have machines installed and used in many countries and regions around the world. If there are our customer machines in your area, we can actively help you contact the customer to arrange your on-site visit, which is convenient for you to check the actual processing effect on site.

What payment terms do you accept?

A

We support a variety of mainstream international payment methods, including T/T telegraphic transfer, L/C letter of credit, Western Union, etc. The conventional payment term is ‌30% deposit to arrange production, 70% balance payment before shipment‌. For special large orders, we can discuss flexible payment schemes separately.

Do you provide after-sales training and spare parts supply?

A

<p>We provide professional training services: we can arrange technicians to go to your company for on-site training, and only charge reasonable travel and labor costs We supply all original spare parts for a long time. You can buy spare parts such as laser tubes, nozzles, control boards directly from us at any time, and we will arrange delivery quickly.</p>

How do you arrange the shipment? What are the shipping terms?

A

We will fix the machine in a ‌fumigation-free solid wooden box‌ to avoid damage during transportation We cooperate with long-term international logistics companies to get the preferential freight price, and we will confirm the freight details with you before shipment We support a variety of trade terms: FOB/CIF/DDU/DDP. You can choose to arrange pickup by your own freight forwarder, or we can arrange door-to-door delivery directly for you. Note: Most models are heavy and require a forklift to unload when they arrive at the destination, which needs your preparation in advance

I am new to CNC. How difficult is it to operate your machine?

A

It is not difficult to get started as long as you have basic computer operation skills and are willing to spend a little time learning:  We will send you the operation manual and teaching video before the machine is delivered for you to preview and learn in advance We can also arrange professional technicians to your company for on-site operation training (travel and accommodation fees need to be borne by the customer) Our machine uses standard G-code, which is compatible with most mainstream CAM software such as Mach3, and the control logic is simple and easy to understand.

Do you support customized size/function of engraving machine?

A

Yes. We independently design and produce the whole machine, and support a variety of customized services:  Customize the working size of the machine table Add special modules such as rotary axis, automatic feeding and 4-axis linkage Adjust the configuration according to your specific processing scene. Tell us your customized needs and we will provide you with a free plan and quotation within 24 hours.

What is your warranty policy?

A

All standard CNC engraving machines and complete machine warranty for ‌12 months‌, covering maintenance of electrical and mechanical components under normal use. For laser equipment: the whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months, the ‌Reci laser tube is guaranteed for 6 months‌. For CNC plasma equipment: the whole machine is guaranteed for 12 months, and consumables such as nozzles and electrodes are not covered by the warranty. We provide lifelong technical support, and we can provide paid replacement parts and maintenance services after the warranty period.

What types of engraving machines do you offer? Which materials can they work with?

A

We provide 3 main categories of laser engraving machines, CNC engraving machines and plasma engraving machines, supporting engraving/cutting processing of a variety of materials:  Laser engraving machine: suitable for wood, acrylic, leather, cloth, plastic and other non-metallic materials, as well as thin metal sheet marking CNC engraving machine: can process hard materials such as hardwood, metal, stone, mold, suitable for large workpiece engraving and milling Plasma engraving machine: professional for cutting all kinds of thick metal plates, with fast cutting speed and high precision. You can tell me your processing requirements and material types, and we will recommend the most suitable model for you.
